Yes. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes are effective immediately upon being posted to the website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

We make every effort to display accurate product images and descriptions. However, we do not guarantee that colours or details are perfectly accurate on all screens. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

Yes. Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR). In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and offer a full refund.

Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and you receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or stock unavailability.

We accept:

• EFT, Electronic Funds Transfer
• PayFast secure payment gateway

All payments are processed securely. We do not store your card details.

Most eligible products include a 6-month manufacturer's repair warranty from the date of purchase. Warranty is not automatically included on every item. Please check the Product Information / Specifications section on each product page to confirm whether that specific product is eligible for warranty and what warranty period applies.

If a product qualifies under the manufacturer's repair warranty, the item will first be assessed. Where applicable, the product may be repaired, replaced with the same or equivalent item if repair is not possible and supplier terms allow it, or refunded/store credited only where repair or replacement is not possible and the claim qualifies under supplier/manufacturer terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Smart Pick & Pay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

We strive for accuracy but do not warrant that product descriptions, prices, or other content is error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors and update information without notice.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
