Warranty Policy

At Smart Pick & Pay, we offer warranty support on eligible products. Most eligible items include a 6-month manufacturer's repair warranty, and warranty eligibility is shown in the product page specification section.

Warranty Coverage
Most eligible products sold by Smart Pick & Pay come with a 6-month manufacturer's repair warranty from the date of purchase. Warranty is not automatically included on every item. Please check the Product Information / Specifications section on each product page to confirm whether that specific product is eligible for warranty and what warranty period applies. Some products may carry a longer, shorter, or no warranty depending on the supplier and product type.
Please check the Product Information / Specifications section on the product page. If the product is eligible, the warranty information will be mentioned there. If no warranty is mentioned on the product page, contact us before purchasing or before submitting a claim so we can confirm the supplier warranty status.
For eligible products, the manufacturer's repair warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults that occur under normal use, including:
  • Hardware failure not caused by the customer
  • Defective components or materials
  • Items that stop functioning correctly under normal conditions
The warranty does not cover:
  • Physical damage caused by the customer, including drops, cracks, or liquid damage
  • Damage caused by incorrect use or installation
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Items tampered with or repaired by unauthorised parties
  • Accessories such as cables, remotes, or batteries, unless stated
How to Claim Warranty
To make a warranty claim:

  • Provide your order number, a description of the fault, and photos or a short video where possible
  • We will assess your claim and respond within 1–3 business days
Once your claim is approved, the item will first be assessed under the manufacturer's repair warranty. Where applicable, we will:
  • Repair the item where possible
  • Replace it with the same or equivalent product if repair is not possible and supplier terms allow it
  • Issue a refund or store credit only where repair or replacement is not possible and the claim qualifies under the supplier/manufacturer warranty terms
Shipping or return costs will be handled according to the warranty eligibility, supplier assessment, and applicable product terms.
Yes. Please keep your order confirmation email or receipt as proof of purchase. This is required to process any warranty claim.
In-Store Purchases
Yes, eligible products purchased in-store at Shop F29, China Mall, Johannesburg carry the warranty terms shown or explained at the time of purchase. Please retain your till slip as proof of purchase. Warranty only applies where the product is confirmed as warranty-eligible.
