At Smart Pick & Pay, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. All our products are genuine and sourced from trusted suppliers.

Warranty Coverage
Yes. Most electronics sold by Smart Pick & Pay come with a 6-month manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase. Some products may carry a longer warranty, and this will be clearly indicated on the product listing.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults that occur under normal use, including:
  • Hardware failure not caused by the customer
  • Defective components or materials
  • Items that stop functioning correctly under normal conditions
The warranty does not cover:
  • Physical damage caused by the customer, including drops, cracks, or liquid damage
  • Damage caused by incorrect use or installation
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Items tampered with or repaired by unauthorised parties
  • Accessories such as cables, remotes, or batteries, unless stated
How to Claim Warranty
To make a warranty claim:

  • Provide your order number, a description of the fault, and photos or a short video where possible
  • We will assess your claim and respond within 1–3 business days
Once your claim is approved, we will:
  • Repair the item where possible
  • Replace it with the same or equivalent product
  • Issue a refund if repair or replacement is not possible
We cover all shipping costs for valid warranty claims.
Yes. Please keep your order confirmation email or receipt as proof of purchase. This is required to process any warranty claim.
In-Store Purchases
Yes. Products purchased in-store at Shop F29, China Mall, Johannesburg carry the same warranty terms. Please retain your till slip as proof of purchase.
