Return Window
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be in their original condition — unused, unworn, with all tags attached.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Gel batteries (if still stocked)

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at smartpickandpay@gmail.com or +27 79 710 6449 so we can resolve the issue.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a fault with the product (damaged or incorrect item), return shipping will be covered by us.
- For returns not due to product faults (e.g., buyer’s remorse), a 10% restocking fee will apply, and the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
