Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something is not right, our team is here to help with a clear return, refund, or eligible product warranty process. Most eligible products include a 6-month manufacturer's repair warranty, as shown in the product page specifications.

14-Day Returns
Return eligible unused items within 14 days of delivery.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
Faulty Items
Faulty eligible products are checked under the manufacturer's repair warranty terms.
Returns
14-Day WindowWe accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date for eligible unused items. After 14 days, returns are not accepted unless the item qualifies under the warranty terms shown in the product page Product Information / Specifications section.
Items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and labels intact
- Accompanied by proof of purchase such as order number or receipt
The following items are non-returnable:
- Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are missing parts
- Items returned after the 14-day window
- Sale or clearance items unless faulty
- Opened consumables or hygiene products

Refunds
7–10 DaysOnce we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days back to your original payment method.
Refunds are returned to your original payment method, such as credit/debit card or EFT. We do not issue cash refunds. In some cases, we may offer store credit if preferred.
- Faulty or incorrect items: We cover return shipping costs
- Change of mind returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Damaged or Faulty Items
Fast SupportPlease contact us immediately, ideally within 48 hours of receiving your order, via WhatsApp or email. Include clear photos of the damage and packaging. Our team will assess the issue and guide you with the correct next step, which may include replacement, repair, refund, or supplier assessment depending on the product and issue.
Warranty eligibility is shown in the product page Product Information / Specifications section. Most eligible products include a 6-month manufacturer's repair warranty, but not every product is covered. If the warranty is not mentioned on the product page, please contact us before submitting a claim so we can check the supplier warranty status.
If your item develops a fault after delivery, it may qualify for our 6-month manufacturer's repair warranty if the product is eligible. Please check the product page Product Information / Specifications section to confirm warranty eligibility, then see our Warranty Policy for full details or contact us directly.
