Return Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help you return or exchange it quickly and fairly.

Eligibility
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • Cut cables – Once cut to length, these cannot be returned.
  • Used mounting hardware – If mounted/installed on a wall, returns are not accepted.
  • Opened software / gift cards – Non-refundable once activated/redeemed.
  • Faulty items under warranty – These go through our warranty process instead of standard returns.
How to Return
  1. Contact us via WhatsApp (+27 79 710 6449) or email (smartpickandpay@gmail.com) with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will send you a return authorization (RA) number within 24 hours.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories and write the RA number on the outside.
  4. Bring to our store or ship back. For in-store pickup orders, just bring it to Shop F29, China Mall.
  5. We inspect the item and process your refund or exchange within 3–5 business days.
  • If we made a mistake (wrong item sent, defective) → We cover return shipping + full refund/exchange.
  • Changed your mind (no fault) → You cover return shipping cost. Or bring it to our store in Johannesburg for free.
  • In-store collection items → No shipping fees if returned within 14 days.
Refunds & Exchanges
Once we receive and inspect your return (usually 1 business day after arrival), refunds are processed within 48 hours.

EFT payments: Refunded to your bank account (3–5 working days for funds to reflect).
Yoco/Card payments: Refunded to your card (2–5 working days depending on your bank).
Take photos of the packaging damage and the item itself, then contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will file a claim with the courier and send a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer. Do not throw away the box until confirmed by us.
