Return eligible unused items within 14 days of delivery.

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

Returns

14-Day Window
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. After 14 days, we are unable to accept returns unless the item is covered under warranty.
Items must be:
  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and labels intact
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase such as order number or receipt
The following items are non-returnable:
  • Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are missing parts
  • Items returned after the 14-day window
  • Sale or clearance items unless faulty
  • Opened consumables or hygiene products
To start a return:Do not send items back without contacting us first.

Refunds

7–10 Days
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days back to your original payment method.
Refunds are returned to your original payment method, such as credit/debit card or EFT. We do not issue cash refunds. In some cases, we may offer store credit if preferred.
  • Faulty or incorrect items: We cover return shipping costs
  • Change of mind returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Damaged or Faulty Items

Fast Support
Please contact us immediately, ideally within 48 hours of receiving your order, via WhatsApp or email. Include clear photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
