Browse our store, add items to your cart, then proceed to checkout. We accept card payments, EFT and PayFast.

  • Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria: 2 to 3 business days
  • Remote or rural areas: 3 to 5 business days
Yes. Orders over R2,000 qualify for free delivery anywhere in South Africa.
Yes. Click and collect is available at Shop F29, China Mall, Johannesburg. Bring your order confirmation when collecting.
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email or WhatsApp. Use it on The Courier Guy tracking page to track your parcel.

Returns & Refunds

Return windows, damaged items and refunds.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible unused items in original packaging. After 14 days, returns are not accepted unless the item qualifies under the warranty terms shown in the product page Product Information / Specifications section. See our Returns & Refund Policy for full details.
Refunds are processed within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email with photos of the damaged item and packaging. Our team will assess the issue and guide you with the correct next step, which may include replacement, repair, refund, or supplier/courier assessment depending on the product and issue.

Products & Warranty

Product quality, demos and warranty cover.

Most eligible products come with a 6-month manufacturer's repair warranty from the date of purchase. Warranty is not automatically included on every item. Please check the Product Information / Specifications section on each product page to confirm whether that specific product is eligible for warranty and what warranty period applies. See our Warranty Policy.
Warranty eligibility is shown in the product page Product Information / Specifications section. If warranty is not mentioned on the product page, please contact us before submitting a claim so we can check the supplier warranty status.
If your product develops a fault after delivery, it may qualify for a 6-month manufacturer's repair warranty if the product is eligible. Contact us with your order number, fault description, and photos or video where possible.
