Orders placed before 2:00 PM on business days are dispatched the same day.
Our couriers operate Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.
- Orders over R2,000: FREE delivery anywhere in South Africa.
- Orders under R2,000: A flat shipping fee is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Yes. Click & Collect is free at Shop F29, China Mall, Johannesburg. Select "Store Pickup" at checkout and bring your order confirmation. Orders are usually ready within 1-2 hours during store hours.
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. Use it on The Courier Guy tracking page to monitor your delivery in real time.

If your product develops a fault after delivery, it may qualify for a 6-month manufacturer's repair warranty if the product is eligible. Please check the product page Product Information / Specifications section to confirm warranty eligibility, then contact us with your order number, fault description, and photos or video where possible.
Contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email with photos of the damaged item and packaging. Our team will assess the issue and guide you with the correct next step, which may include replacement, repair, refund, or supplier/courier assessment depending on the product and issue.
