These Terms of Service (Terms) govern your access to and use of the Smart Pick & Pay website (smartpickandpay.co.za) and any purchase you make from us. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. About Us
Smart Pick & Pay is an electronics and homeware retailer based at Shop F29, China Mall, 25 Amalgam St, Amalgam, Johannesburg, 2092, South Africa. Contact: landline 011 249 9599, WhatsApp 063 242 2467, email smartpickandpay@gmail.com. Hours: Monday to Sunday, 8:30 to 16:30.
2. Products and Pricing
All prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. We try to keep product descriptions, images and prices accurate, but errors can occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of an item you have ordered, we will contact you before processing the order so you can choose to continue or cancel.
3. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept your order when we dispatch it. We may decline or cancel an order, for example where stock is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred, in which case we will refund any payment made.
4. Payment
Payment is taken securely at checkout through our approved payment providers. We do not store your card details.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery is handled in line with our Shipping Policy. Estimated delivery times are guides and not guarantees.
6. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled in line with our Return & Refund Policy, including a 14-day return window for eligible items.
7. Warranty
Eligible products carry a 6-month manufacturer repair warranty where stated on the product page. This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
8. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under the South African Consumer Protection Act, 2008.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Smart Pick & Pay is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our website or products. Our total liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
