Shipping Policy
We want your order to arrive quickly and safely. Here is what to expect when you shop with Smart Pick & Pay.
Dispatch and Cut-Off
Orders placed before 2:00 PM on business days are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, or on weekends and public holidays, are dispatched the next business day.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Gauteng: 1 to 2 business days
- Rest of South Africa: 3 to 5 business days
We offer nationwide delivery across South Africa on most items (TVs Gauteng only). Our courier operates Monday to Friday.
Delivery Costs
- Orders over R2,000: free delivery anywhere in South Africa
- Orders under R2,000: a flat delivery fee is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size
Click and Collect
Free collection from our store at Shop F29, China Mall, 25 Amalgam St, Amalgam, Johannesburg, 2092. Select store pickup at checkout and bring your order confirmation. Orders are usually ready within 1 to 2 hours during store hours.
Courier and Tracking
We deliver with The Courier Guy. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number by email or WhatsApp, which you can use at thecourierguy.co.za/tracking.
Delays or Damaged Parcels
If your order has not arrived within the estimated time, or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and photos where relevant, and we will resolve it. Eligible products may also carry a 6-month manufacturer warranty as stated on the product page specifications.
