Returns & Refund Policy

Our Return & Refund Policy At Smart Pick and Pay, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

1. Return Window

  • Standard Returns: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item if you are unsatisfied.
  • Cooling-off Period: In accordance with the ECT Act, you have a 7-day window to return items purchased online for a full refund, no questions asked, provided the item is in its original condition.

2. Return Conditions To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In its original packaging with all accessories and manuals included.
  • Accompanied by a proof of purchase (Order number or Invoice).

3. Non-Returnable Items For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Used personal care items (hair trimmers, etc.).
  • Software or digital products that have been unsealed.

4. How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email smartpickandpay@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +27 79 710 6449 with your order number.
  2. Evaluation: Our team will review your request and provide you with return instructions.
  3. Shipping: For "change of mind" returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. If the item is faulty, we will cover the collection costs.

5. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. Refunds are typically issued via the original payment method (PayFast/Card) or via EFT within 7–10 business days.
