Sofar Solar three-phase hybrid inverter HYD20KTL-3PH
Three-phase hybrid inverter - the perfect solution to enable energy storage in your PV installation with on- and off-grid functions.
The HYD 15K... 20KTL-3PH is a multi-talented three-phase hybrid inverter for solar and storage applications. During network outages, it can provide up to 20 kW of unbalanced three-phase backup power (EPS) in 10ms thanks to its built-in EPS port.
Two MPPTs and two independent battery ports (on 15K to 20KTL models) allow multiple battery capacity configurations in 2.5kWh steps.
Up to 10 UPS can be connected in parallel to the EPS and AC port, making this device ideal for microgrid installations (on- or off-grid).
The integrated energy management system has several user-friendly modes, optimizing the user experience, including an automatic self-use mode. The user can also set different time and/or date ranges or rules for the day of the week.
All modes can be easily configured on the large LCD screen. This inverter is compatible with SofarSolar's AMASS Store high-voltage battery unit (GTX 3000-H). A WiFi stick comes with the inverter, to easily connect it to the Sofar monitoring portal.

All inverters and batteries must be installed by a qualified electrical wireman or Master electrician with a valid registration with the Department of Labour. A valid electrical certificate of compliance (COC) must be issued once installed, specific to the installation of the backup or solar system. The installation must be compliant with SANS 10142 and ALL its parts. Any warranty claim submitted without installation photos, a valid COC and proof of a qualified wireman/master electrician installing the unit, can be rejected and will render the warranty claim null at void.
