Television sets are backed by a standard one-year warranty that encompasses regular repairs, except for screen damage.

Exchanges are allowed within the first seven days of purchase, on the condition that the screen is undamaged, and all packaging items and components remain intact.

Shipping Policy

Due to the delicate nature of TVs, we cannot assume responsibility for damages that may occur during transit. However, if you prefer, we are more than willing to take extra precautions by double-boxing your package before shipping. Alternatively, you have the option to collect your purchase at our China Mall Shop, which is open seven days a week.
